PMS the weekend that I find out my raggedy doctor is leaving?

I've been tearful and rather inconsolable.

Will I watch the 12th doctor? Yes. At this point, I can't imagine not watching, but the same way I enjoy the 9th and 10th doctor, but they're not my doctor ... I already feel that way about the 12th. The 11th doctor will always be my doctor, and no one else will ever replace that for me.

I'm torn between continuing my marathon of 10 tonight, or watching The Pandorica Opens and The Big Bang.

I haven't watched Doctor Who since the Tom Baker era. I remember how upset and sad I was when he regenerated into Peter Davison (no idea what numbers they are!). I ended up liking PD fine, but without the scarf and the jelly babies, he just wasn't the same for me.

I feel your pain. :(

I started with Eccleston (#9), but my husband's doctor was Tom Baker (#4). I knit him the scarf, but it's so long that it's sorta cumbersome. I swore I would never love another doctor after 9, but 10 also won my heart. I like 11 although it took me a while to warm up to him. I have a shirt that says "you never forget your first doctor" and it has the tardis on it.
