Dang it ...

The batteries in my wireless mouse just died. Apparently I'm going out on my lunch break to buy a pack of batteries.

Until then - I'll have to deal with my company issued corded mouse that actually goes with my computer. It feels weird to use it - and I'm sure I'm going to tangle the cord in a million things before lunch! :) Oh well ... early lunch break it is! Maybe I'll get some unhealthy food while I'm out!

You are working on Good Friday? Wow. Here in Canada it's a statutory holiday. Not even the grocery stores are open...

The only place I know of that is closed today is a pie shop I deliver the paper to. Has a sign out front that says "McMillian's Pie Shoppe will be closed Good Friday. Have a Happy Day."

But that is a little private bakery.. The lady that runs it even lives in the back. So it was a personal choice.

I am going to buy a new wireless mouse today :p I bought a new laptop yesterday (WAHOOO!) so I am gonna celebrate with getting it it's own mouse since I despise touch pads!!

This touch pad is kind of irritating too.. But I did want the laptop with the bluray player in it! LOL.. and I use a mouse anyway.. I may have just broken my other mouse too.. It just stopped working. Weird.

I never expected to either and wasn't looking for one with blueray either when I went into the store. But the one with the smaller screen size and no blueray player was only like $40 cheaper so I decided WHY NOT?!

yeap, don't blame you - I much prefer the wireless. Although, my new ergonomic mouse is corded it doesn't seem to get tangled, but that could be because I have it in a good position. I can't tell you how much better my hand feels since I stated using it; I am practically pain free - so I will put up the cord.
