(no subject)

Exercise overload.

I hurt everywhere ... every muscle in my body. Even my poor little fingers on the keyboard hurt. (Though, that could be from excessive word count and not so much the working out things ...)

I took a couple of pain killers, and I'm hoping yoga tonight will relax the angry muscles and not make it worse. Because I'm going to yoga regardless.



In other news ... I wore a skirt to work today ... let's just say that it's a good thing when I sit at my desk, I'm in a cube with walls that go to the floor ... because I don't sit in my chair like a lady in a skirt should.

The last thing I would want to do when I'm sore like that is wear a skirt! In fact, I find I hardly ever wear skirts anymore, period. I'm just not comfortable in them. Jeans and sweats are my preferred attire, sad to say. At work, I'll choose a pair of slacks, a blouse and jacket over a skirt and blouse any day.

Those poor little fingers of yours just aren't getting any peace, are they? XD

yoga should stretch out those sore muscles - although they get more sore - but the stretching is good for them.

look at you being the work out queen. You make me feel lazy (both on the exercise and writing front).

I actually love to wear skirts in the spring and summer!
