May. 22nd, 2012 05:58 pmIt's my first day on my computer since my vacation started. I'm been online a bit on my nook, but haven't had time to open up the laptop and take a look around.
It's oppressively hot out. Like ... middle of July weather, not end of May weather. I don't like it. Humidity is at about 90% and we keep getting thunder storms without rain. If it would just RAIN it would be a relief.
So I can't install the software on my computer to send music from my iPod back onto my computer. My computer officially hates me. It's had a number of problems for a number of months - including the fact that I can't buy music or anything from iTunes, my screen is blacking out and freezing when I open up, or shift it, or adjust it, or touch it and java refuses to work on it. Those are just the main issues - it's got about a million little problems too.
So, I guess it's time to computer shop. Lovely ... one of my least favorite things.
Other than that - the vacation is going well. I haven't written since it started (again, I haven't been on a computer) but I Have some ideas that I want to work on, so I'm going to try to get some down. At least for an hour or so, then it's off to a late dinner.
