Good luck with the decision making process. I made my mind up last night - it is time for me to look for another job. Can't stand it anymore.

I do like my job ... just not the drama around it. That's what makes it hard.

I LOVE my job, but I have lost all respect for my boss which makes going into work difficult some days.

Yeah, Fangirl, Inc is sounding pretty darn good - that's the kind of drama that I want.
