Riiight...
So the "healthy eating" thing for my team at work lasted 3 weeks. From the emails I've seen this morning about cupcakes and donuts and homemade cookies - I'm thinking no one else is even trying this 12 week thing anymore.
With that said ... I'm still working my butt off at it. I've at least doubled my '150 mins of working out a week' every week, and I've even lost a few pounds.
Which is good. But what's discouraging is the amount of sugar that is suddenly appearing to tempt me.
Grr.
